Postage & packaging rates regarding orders up to 2kg within the UK are based on a £3.00 Standard Delivery charge. Orders above 2kg have a Standard Delivery charge of £5.10.

Our earrings are made to order and come in a small, recycled card presentation box. Each infinity scarf comes with it's own protective pouch. Items are posted using 100% recyclable, tear resistant, weatherproof, opaque polythene envelopes.

We aim to dispatch your item/s as soon as we can. As the scarves and earrings are hand made to order please allow between 7 - 21 working days for delivery from the time of placing the order. Please note, however, that we will do our very best to improve upon this wherever we can. The delivery period is a guideline only and subject to stock availability. During sale periods this might be extended. 

If ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent in instalments if certain items are out of stock. We will only charge one lot of postage per order, however, regardless of how many parcels are involved.


We choose the most reliable and economical postal means to ensure your packages arrive quickly and securely. Very rarely and for reasons out of our control, post can be either delayed or go missing. If you think your order may be delayed/lost, we will do all that we can to help. Please let us know if you have not received your parcel within a week of dispatch.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

CANCELLATION  You have a general right to cancel a contract for good(s) at any time and without giving any reason up to the expiry of at least 14 days.

If you wish to amend any details to your order, or make a cancellation once your order has been confirmed, please email us at If your order has already been dispatched, however, we are unable to amend it and will be unable to process a refund until we receive the items back.

RETURNS  If you wish to return an order for any reason you are responsible for returning the items unused, undamaged and in their original packaging within 28 calendar days of receipt. You will also be required to cover postage. Upon receipt/inspection, we will be happy to credit your account within 14 days. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for your order. 

FAULTY ITEMS  In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please report within 48 hours of receipt by email (ideally submitting photographic evidence to support your claim)  for a refund or replacement. Please retain all original packaging as you may be asked to return the item/s. We will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred. We do not accept faulty items back after 6 months from the date of purchase.

EXCHANGES  We hope that you are really pleased with your purchase and if you are not we are happy to offer an exchange/refund.* Should you wish to return your item/s to us, please ensure:

- You have contacted us via email within 14 days of purchase
- The item/s are returned within 28 days of purchase
- The goods are unworn*, in the same condition as received & in the original packaging

Please note, you are responsible for return postage and we recommend that items are returned via registered mail.  Whichever method you choose, please obtain/retain proof of postage as evidence of returning goods.

*Please note that we cannot offer refunds for earrings due to reasons of hygiene unless there is a fault.

PROCESSING A REFUND/EXCHANGE  You will be notified via email once your return/exchange has been received, inspected & processed. For any return or cancellation, you may be liable for any loss of value of the good(s) if this loss in value is as a result of your handling of the good(s) beyond what is necessary for inspecting the nature, characteristics and functioning of the good(s) (e.g. handling beyond what might reasonably be allowed in a shop). All successfully returned items will be exchanged or refunded via the original payment method. In the case of a refund, we will reimburse the original standard shipping charge, but we cannot reimburse you for any return shipping charges, unless the product is faulty.
